How long will it take to receive my order?

We ask you to wait for 2 weeks to get your delivery.
Daniel will e-mail you the day that your order is shipped off and it usually takes 4-5 business days from then even though it depends on which part of the world is sent to.

We gladly accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, or regular account payments all through PayPal.

How secure is this store?

This store uses PayPal for payments, the highest security level commercially available.

Do I need a PayPal account to purchase from this store?

No, you are not required to have a PayPal account to purchase from this store. Although if you already have a PayPal account you may use it.
 

All prints have a ½ inch white border per side (the size shown on the chart includes this border).
Due to the diversity of monitors, there could be slight variations between the tones and colors of the image you see on the website and the ones on the print.

How many prints are made per photography?

Our available photographs are original prints made upon request with the most quality techniques and are personally inspected by Daniel Couttolenc.

Every photograph is signed and numbered individually. On the chart shown below each image mentions the number of prints that will be made. Generally editions stops at the 30eth print per size per photography, when the number 30/30 is reached that image is never going to be printed in that size again. 8x12” prints are not limited.

How can I take care of my print?

Because prints are sold without frame, we recommend to do so under glass for a better durability and appreciation.

Can I ask for a print in another size?

Yes, there are available other sizes or options you may need, just contact Daniel on any of these e-mails info@danielcouttolenc.com, daniel@danielcouttolenc.com to express your needs and will figure something out.
